Laurent Dhaeyer brings 15 years of extensive experience in payment strategy and Product Management. He is overseeing the transformation of Secure Trading to bring together the gateway and acquiring parts of the business and lead the company through its new phase of acceleration.

As COO of Secure Trading Financial Services, Mike develops the groups’ European acquiring bank and operational services.
He is a highly skilled senior executive with extensive experience in payments, cards and retail banking offering a wide range of expertise in both acquiring and issuing sectors.
He has the ability to operate pro-actively, offering a pragmatic approach, leading and building teams to build operating model to meet business strategy and growth in an increasingly regulated environment.
Head of Legal
Daryn is an English law solicitor and a member of the senior leadership team with responsibility for the oversight and provision of strategic legal support and guidance to the executive board of the UC Group and its group companies, which includes the management of the legal and compliance divisions and the ongoing legal support of the other divisions within the group.
Before joining in 2014, Daryn held similar positions of responsibility with Visa Europe and prior to that as legal counsel to the commercial and technology teams at WorldPay to name a few.

Daniela as Head of Performance and Commercial Analytics is in charge of the oversight of MI/BI reporting; merchant and contract pricing analysis; financial projections; optimisation and remediation.
She is a Payments specialist with extensive experience as a Business and Financial Analyst at acquirers, issuers, merchants and gateways.
Daniela has held, over the years, successful senior consultant roles, with a proven track record.
A dedicated B2B marketer for more than 20 years, Paul is responsible for Secure Trading’s entire on and offline marketing strategy. Paul is hugely experienced in the gaming and payments industries, where he has spent the last eight years of his career, most recently holding senior marketing positions at Optimal Payments and First Data where he managed their international digital strategies.
Paul’s analytical approach and keen eye for detail are essential in ensuring that all Secure Trading marketing activity is cohesive across a variety of key vertical industries.
Matthijs is responsible for new business growth at Secure Trading and aligning the sales team’s strategy to the overall company’s strategy.
He is a payment expert, with more than 15 years of experience in Technology Sales and Account Management; last 10 in Payments as new business sales and VP of Sales, Partnerships and Account Management @ GlobalCollect (an Ingenico company) and Secure Trading.
He is a specialist in strategically managing global merchants & International operating sales teams.
Director of Account Management
Jon, as Director of Account Management, leads the multiple functions that look after our existing Merchant and Partner relationships. Together with his growing teams, he is responsible for managing the overall existing portfolio from a relationship, commercial and business perspective.
Jon has over 15 years of experience in Technology Sales and Account Management and joined Secure Trading from CyberSource where he was an Account Director responsible for a number of the leading Global Accounts.
