We are not involved in any way with the provision of the goods or services they offer and we have no details of delivery status, nor can we process refunds on their behalf.
If you have purchased or are about to make a purchase from Ultra Electronics, Super Electronics or if you have received an email instructing you to pay via a "SecureTrading Manager" as part of a "SecureTrading Protection" service, please read the following SecureTrading Statement.
How do I know my details are secure?
All sensitive payment card information is encrypted using the most sophisticated e-payment software available and is sent to the bank for instant authorisation via the SecureTrading network of payment gateways. Transactions normally take a few seconds to be processed and at no time are your payment card details at risk from cyber criminals.
SecureTrading also remain PCI DSS Level 1 accredited for the third year running, having satisfactorily met the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI) and other major payment card association security requirements related to the protection of cardholder data.
Order Queries
If you have a query regarding your order, please contact the website from where you made your purchase. You should find contact details on the website or on your receipt and order confirmation.
If you are having difficulty contacting the company you ordered from or they have failed to respond you will need to contact your bank to dispute the charge that has been made. Please ensure you have copies of all correspondence relating to your order and subsequent queries that you have sent the merchant.
