How do I set up a redirect?

The ‘Payment Pages redirect system’ allows you to specify a URL for your customer to be redirected to following a transaction made on Payment Pages.

MyST users with the roles ‘site admin’, ‘Developer 1’ or ‘Developer 2’ can do this via a link on the left-hand side of the screen when they log in to MyST. An interface is providing for adding, modifying and deleting redirects. For further information, including screenshots, view section 11 in the MyST User Guide.

Have you requested Secure Trading switch your account into live mode? You will need to email [email protected] with your site reference and request that we switch the account live. Please ensure that you have already provided us with your merchant ID before requesting to go live.

I am seeing AUTH CODE: TEST when processing payments.

Either you are still utilising the test only account, or you have not yet requested your account to be switched into live mode. First, check the site reference you are sending to our system in your order page and change it to the right account if necessary; otherwise email [email protected] to request we switch your account into live mode.
