SecureTrading Merchant Survey 2009

We recently completed the second Annual SecureTrading Client Survey. Responses were up by 30.6% on 2008 with completed applications up 34% overall.

The survey revealed that the majority of SecureTrading merchants are in the retail sector and chose SecureTrading because of our Customer Service and Support and the Ease of Integration.

Our Support continues to impress our merchants with 93.8% of merchants rating it as Good or Better:

Finally our merchants like what we do and how we do it. When asked, “Overall how would you rate SecureTrading as a PSP?” 83.2% rated us as Very Good or Excellent with 96.9% rating us as Good or better:
