Changes to Fraud Alert Emails

As you will hopefully know by now, SecureTrading appreciate the feedback we receive from our merchants and wherever possible we try and act on it.

A number of our merchants have recently asked if the frequency of the fraud alert emails could be increased from the existing twice a day to enable them to check their transactions before shipping.

Well, we’ve listened and as a first step, we are going to increase the frequency to 6-8 alert emails a day with immediate effect.

We appreciate that all our merchants are unique and have their own needs and therefore this solution will not suit everyone. However, later this year we plan to enable the fraud alert emails frequency to be customised by each merchant.

In the meantime, if you feel the emails are too frequent, we would suggest you simply set up a rule within your email client to file them away to a folder where you can then review them at your leisure.
