Secure Trading gets Lycaremit up and running
Lycamoney Financial Services has selected Secure Trading as its payment service provider for a new remittance service, Lyca remit.
Lycaremit eliminates the need to use cash for international transactions, allowing funds to be transferred quickly either online or over the phone. The service uses Secure Trading’s fully PCI DSS compliant payment gateway which comes embedded with a suite of sophisticated fraud controls.
Secure Trading fulfilled all of Lycaremit’s requirements, which included banking and merchant services. It also installed Protect Plus, its detailed fraud prevention mechanism. With the infrastructure now in place, Secure Trading will also be responsible for the ongoing management of the Lycaremit payment system, ensuring it remains compliant and within the required guidelines of both the FCA and HMRC.
Veera Muthusamy, Head Of Commercials, Lyca Money Financial Services Ltd said: “We were looking for a complete solution to resolve a number of complex issues. Secure Trading provided everything we needed – from expert consultancy to first-class technology. It’s a relationship we’re excited to develop as Lycaremit grows within the Money Transfer Sector.”
Jens Bader, Secure Trading’s CCO said “This is the sort of project we relish, allowing us to use all of our payments expertise to deliver something that ticks every box. Lycamoney’s platform is going to revolutionise the way that their customers transfer money around the world, and all within a secure environment.”
