Patrick Boylan – Executive Chairman
Patrick has more than 25 years of Senior Level experience in International Financial Services. Before his involvement with UC Group, he served as Chief Executive of Card Services and E-Ventures at NatWest. Prior to NatWest Patrick was a Group General Manager at HSBC Holdings Plc responsible for Global Banking Services.
Patrick served as a member of the Global Board of MasterCard, and Chairman of Mastercard and EuroPay UK. He also served as Chairman of ClearCommerce International. |

Jon Prideaux - Deputy Chief Executive
Jon enjoyed a 17 year career at Visa where he served in a variety of positions including IT, Risk, Product Management, New Technology and Marketing. He was Chairman of Visa’s Compliance Committee for 7 years and a Member of Visa’s Global Product Development Council. |

Ian Hughes – Chief Technical Officer
Ian Hughes is responsible for all aspects of SecureTrading IT infrastructure and application development, support and maintenance, including information service delivery and security.
With 16 years of technical and IT management experience, Ian has held a wide variety of Information Technology roles within SecureTrading. Prior to SecureTrading, Ian has worked for British Aerospace developing flight simulator software as well as Racal Radar Defence Systems and Euro DPC where he held IT positions with the companies.
Ian holds an MSc in Mathematical Modelling from Loughborough University and a BSc in Applied Mathematics from Bangor University. |

Alan Breen – Head of Finance
Alan has been with SecureTrading and the wider UC Group since December 2003 as the Chief Group Accountant. In 2006 Alan assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer. Before joining UC Alan was in the recruitment industry for 10 years. |

Avron Marcus – Head of Performance Management
Avron has been working in the Internet space for over 13 years, in a number of roles including Business Analysis and Business Development, in a range of organisations including EDS and MicroGaming. His business background tempered with a strong understanding of technology enables him to provide keen insight into the UC Group operations. Avron has been with the UC Group since 2006. |

Phil Deeker – Head of Human Resources
Phil has more than thirty years experience in Human Resources and Training within the financial services industry in the UK, Europe, the Middle and Far East.
He is a training facilitator and author for the ifs School of Finance and a visiting Lecturer for the Institute of Business Studies, Kuwait; Glamis Business School, Mauritius and the Singapore Institute of Management. He is also the Human Resources advisor to the UC Group of companies.
A former Human Resources Director in ecommerce and electronic payments for the NatWest Group Phil holds Fellowships with the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development and the Institute of Financial Services. |

Jane Jee – Head of Legal and Compliance
Jane has a background in law and business development in financial services and technology companies, underpinned by commercial expertise in brand management, e-commerce, mobile commerce and card payments.
A barrister, Jane has worked for almost 20 years in card payments and technology companies. She was Managing Director of Access, the UK bank owned credit card company, A key achievement was the doubling of brand awareness through the ‘Flexible Friend’ campaign. She has since worked at WorldPay, Mondex International (stored value chip cards), Simpay (mobile phone payments). Jane has been with SecureTrading for 5 years working in Legal and Sales and Marketing and in her current role since July this year. |
