John Lyons, SecureTrading’s Head of Group Risk & Security, will be chairing the online fraud conference programme at Retail Fraud 2009 that takes place at Novotel London West on 30th April. The event will include a series of sessions from a range of industry leaders covering topics such as Cardholder Not Present (CNP) fraud prevention, online and multi channel fraud.

Retail Fraud 2009 is filled with top tier retailers and end user case study presentations, with insightful comment on all aspects of this challenge, including details of associated technology solutions and the implications to the retail world. In 2008, more than 400 delegates attended the 6th annual conference and exhibition, and with retail fraud continuing to be a hot industry topic, interest is expected to be equally high for this year’s event.
